MY STORY...SO FAR

I'm passionate about everything and always have been. I was born in Las Vegas and moved to the Nation's Capital, DC when I was eight years old. I was exposed to music by my father long before I could even crawl (so I was told). Riding in the car with him running errands, I realized my own love for beats and lyrics. By six, I began recognizing samples used by different artists and shouting “air” suggestions to the radio DJ to play certain songs together based on their similarities. My mom then introduced me to the idea of becoming a DJ myself. At six years old, I couldn't read past a first grade level. Getting through a “How to DJ” book was a challenge, so I started watching YouTube videos. I was young but I was determined and ready. I tried to convince my parents to buy me equipment. Unable to afford it at the time, they borrowed turntables from friends and skipped out on meals to purchase needles two to three times a week for me. Mr. Youtube and a set of old Technique 1200s waited for me everyday after school so I showed up in my parents garage every day so I wouldn't disappoint them. By eight years old, I was spinning at schools, Las Vegas Boys and Girls clubs, and local Vegas teen gatherings.

Realizing that I was different, my family sacrificed it all and moved to Washington DC, where they felt I had a better chance of standing out amongst other kid entertainers.  I've grown a lot since then. My style ranges from Hip Hop to Pop to Top 40’s to various electronic genres, Reggae, and World Music. Im driven by my passion to be the best.  I aspire to hypnotize my fans with my eclectic sound and ability to satisfy their needs through music. I realize that many are fascinated by my story. It’s not often, if at all, that you are musically mesmerized at a party, rocking to your favorite beats, hands suspended in the air, waving from sided to side, while you're singing along and having the time of your life, only to look up and realize that you are spellbound by a 16 year old female DJ. Most are in awe when I perform, especially when they realize that I'm only 16. However, age is nothing but a number and I don't take the fan love for granted.

My style and sound have helped me to receive national recognition and as a result I've been featured in several periodicals, including The Washington Post. Popular kid’s periodical, Scholastic Magazine, named me one of the “8 Coolest Kids We Met in 2014”. I've appeared on national news networks including, CNN, ABC and Fox. I've been fortunate enough to be acknowledged by former President and former First Lady, Barack and Michelle Obama. I was invited to the White House and performed for the Obamas during the annual White House “Easter Egg Roll (2014)” as well as the traditional First Lady visit to Children's National Hospital in 2015.

I'm honored to now be recognized as a celebrity Deejay. I've performed for or alongside many greats like Will Smith, Jamie Foxx, Meagan Good, Big Sean, Doug E Fresh, and Academy Award and Best Actress nominee, Quvenzhane’ Wallis, just to name a few. It's been an amazing ride and I am proud to have added to my client list companies like Sony, Target, Colgate, Toyota, The Source Magazine, B.E.T, VH1's Save The Music, ESSENCE Music Festival, Verizon, and US Soccer "She Believes" World Cup.

I've also been blessed enough to gain the recognition of MTV and was asked to feature in the return of My Super Sweet 16. You can watch my episode on HULU (Season 10, Episode 9).  Since then I’ve also been featured in several campaigns for companies like Smithsonian, Abercrombie & Fitch, as well as Lufthansa Airlines.

I recognize my ability to influence fans and look to inspire young girls, teens, and women everywhere to live their dreams out loud and to...

Be So Good They Cant Ignore You
